I've had several inquiries about the 9 holer in Bandera. It is currently playable and the link provides a map to the course via Hwy 16, a course map, and score card. Information was provided by the Bandera City Library. It was obtained by the persistence of my life long best friend Rick Lines who currently resides in Kendall County.
I've been entertaining the idea of a 9 hole safari tournament to be played at Solms, Boerne, Bandera, and ending at Nani. Each course would be a different format. Drive time is roughly 3.5 hours so if we start at 8:00 am and sundown is roughly 8:00pm we would still have approx 8.5 hours to play 36 holes. We would need several full size vehicles such as vans or suburbans to car pool. Gas money would be part of the entry fee. If anyone is interested in helping put this together pm me.
